El federalismo: un problema argentino

?e article analyzes and interprets key aspects of Argentine federalism as a form of government in the long term in order to examine the anchorage of its historical constitution, the transformations operated in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, and the dilemmas faced in the present time. New concepts and interpretations of early 19th century federalism emerge from its reading, as well as the implications of the current functioning of the federal system in the strengthening or weakness of republican democracy.
