Abstract

This work rescues documental and visually a curious altarpiece existent in the Colegio of Jesús'Company in San Miguel of Tucumán, in the testero of Santa María Magdalenas Church. The worked documents belong to the time of the expulsión of the Jesuits. The descriptions and other data that are extracted, conform the corpus of the text. Given the curious morphology of the altarpiece that I refer, since it was a piece with mobile elements; that they allowed the altemative exhibition of images or paintings inside each niche, with the cooperation of an expert in digital art, she intends a virtual reconstruction since most of their components have disappeared. On the conditions of their realization and their authors, the data, even insufficient, are presented for later researches.
